Conferences at the Farmhouse

 

The Farmhouse Guesthouse conference venues range from boardrooms to conferencing suites, accommodating groups from 2 to 20 delegates.

 

We provide the perfect venue for strategic planning, team-building, workshops, product launches and year-end functions. Both half day and full day include a flipchart, whiteboard and projector screen, still water and mint sweets on the tables.

 

Full Day Conference

From 08:00 – 17:00

 

The package includes the following:
  • Arrival tea/coffee with bran muffins (Platter)
  • Mid – morning tea/coffee
  • Lunch (drinks served at lunch will be charged separately)
  • Afternoon tea/coffee with scones, cream and strawberry jam (Platter)
Please note:

For lunch, delegates will have a choice of either a starter and a main course or a main course and a dessert. We charge an extra fee for Halal and Kosher, as we have to order it in.

 

Half Day Conference

From 08:00 – 13:00

The package includes the following:
  • Arrival tea/coffee with bran muffins (Platter)
  • Mid – morning tea/coffee
  • 2 Course Lunch

Eagles View Guest House and conference centre: We are a conference venue that offers a professional corporate environment within a relaxed country atmosphere.

 

Being less than 30 min. from the busy metropolitan area of Jhb, it is the ideal venue for businesses looking for undisturbed surroundings in which to hold productive conferences, meetings, training, or workshops.

 

We have four air-conditioned Conference Venues differing in size and atmosphere. The venues can accommodate up to: 20 delegates U-Shape, 30 delegates Classroom and 50 delegates Cinema style. Our Conference facility at Balmoral Lodge can accommodate between 20-40 delegates, depending on your seating preference. We can arrange seating plans in a school room, boardroom, U-shape, herringbone and cinema style. Choose between a half day or full day conference package, with or without lunch.

Budget option: R 350-00 per person, per day

  • Buffet-style Lunch (1 x Meat / 1 x Starch / 2 x Vegetables / 2 x Salads) served with Juice
  • Afternoon tea/coffee with home baked biscuits
  • Pen, Notepaper, Water and Mints
  • NB: Water and mints will be replenished as required
